Nancy Pelosi is a Partisan Bitch

If Nancy the Ninny had any sense of diplomacy the "save our economic ass" bill would have passed in the house on Monday but as Steve Martin used to say "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" She had to go on a partisan diatribe praising the democrats and blasting the republicans. What a Cu*t!

When her party's candidate is preaching his plan to work across the isle how can voters believe it with this c*nt spouting her venom in the middle of the worst economic crisis in recent history? She is bad for her party and bad for the country. I bet the dems are still shaking their heads and trying to figure out how to get this *unt out of the house.

Where's your voice of the people now?

If you want to read a clear opinion of the situation instead of the drivel coming form the speaker check this out:

Ah, but it's all the Republicans fault!

Let's see; Bush and McCain wanted to rein in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac back in 2004/2005. That could have helped avoid the problems we now face.

BUT:

Maxine Waters: we do not have a crisis at Freddie Mac, and particularly at Fannie Mae, under the outstanding leadership of Franklin Raines.

Gregory Meeks: … I’m just pissed off at OFHEO [the regulators trying to warn Congress of insolvency at the GSEs.]

Lacy Clay: This hearing is about the political lynching of Franklin Raines.

Barney Frank: I don’t see anything in this report that raises safety and soundness problems.

***

And now FRANKLIN RAINES is an advisor to OBAMA!!!

That Pelosi fool makes me look conservative!

Anyway, I can't wait to see Sarah on the tube tonight. Dee-lish!

Bill will be away at a foundation meeting (probably in a motel with some whore) and I'll be all alone to watch her on the big screen in the bedroom. Just me, a bottle of pinot, and my favorite purple vibe! Yum!

Oh, by the way, have you noticed I'm the only one making sensible comments on this whole bailout thing? You all had your chance!

PALIN/MCCAIN '08, ME IN 2012!

The initial bailout bill was THREE pages long. The revised bill is TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THREE.

You might think Congress used the extra 260 pages to add clarity to the proposals. Sadly, it's all about pork.

Here are a few highlights of the new provisions:

Sec. 503. Exemption from excise tax for WOODEN ARROWS designed for use by children. Est'd cost: $2MM. According to Bloomberg News, the prime beneficiary would be Rose City Archery in Myrtle Point, Oregon. Wait, this is a Wall Street bailout?

Sec. 317. Extension of seven-year cost recovery period for MOTORSPORTS RACING TRACKS. Estimated cost: $100MM. Ah, those Wall Street race tracks.

Sec. 308. Extented rebate of RUM excise tax to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Est'd cost is $192MM. Wall Street must need rum. Or maybe Captain Morgan is now a Congressman?

Is it any wonder why people hate Congress?

Suppose you were an idiot.

And suppose you were a member of Congress.

Ah, but I repeat myself.
